Gorebet's protected-asset program gives registered business operators incident routing for the locations they manage — without surveillance, without personal data on reporters, and without enforcement orientation.
What business partners receive
Registered operators receive incident notifications relevant to their registered locations, delivered through the administrative console at admin.gorebet.app. Notifications cover the incident categories you select at registration, within the geographic radius you specify.
You see incident reports — category, approximate location, and time. You do not see reporter identity, device data, or any information that could identify the person who submitted the report. Anonymous-mode reporters remain anonymous to all operators, including yours.

How operator registration works
Business operators register through the admin console and submit their premise locations for verification. Gorebet reviews registrations to confirm the operator has a legitimate interest in the registered locations before granting incident routing.
Operator accounts are governed by the Gorebet operator terms of service, which prohibit: using incident data to profile community members, sharing incident data with third parties without authorization, and using incident routing for enforcement actions without independent investigation and appropriate institutional authority.
We are explicit that Gorebet incident data is unverified community reporting. Operational decisions — security deployment, access control, emergency response — should not be made on the basis of Gorebet data alone.
What business access is not
Gorebet is not a private security intelligence service. It does not provide predictive risk scores for individual locations, forecasts of criminal activity, or data suitable for insurance underwriting or credit decisions.
Our data reflects what community members chose to report. Absence of reports near your location does not mean absence of incidents — it may mean low reporting rates, which we label as "coverage limited" where applicable.
If your use case requires verified, ground-truth incident data or legally admissible documentation, Gorebet is not the right tool. We recommend engaging directly with the relevant Addis Ababa sub-city administration, Federal Police, or your private security provider for those needs.
